faizod.vedr
What is faizod.vedr?
faizod.vedr creates digital data rooms in which activity between participants (such as data sharing, key exchanges, and the reading of data) is tracked by a shared Blockchain ledger. It provides information on where data is, who has read it, and how it was shared. This provides the following benefits to users:
- Security
- Transparency
- Reliability

How does faizod.vedr work?
Digital data rooms created by faizod.vedr are highly encrypted and stored using a Blockchain. Data exchanged in these rooms can include documents, files, or records; this data is encrypted and transmitted only when required by a participant in the network.
Comprehensive file tracking | End-to-end encryption
Blockchain is an unchangeable, highly available and distributed database, in which data are stored in a way that is audit-proof and protected from external access via encryption. faizod.vedr is thus highly resistant against attacks, providing tremendous security to process execution.
Diverse options for platforms and services | Decentralised storage of data
Permissions to shared data can be locked temporarily, withdrawn, or limited to a certain time frame or number of views. The decentralised storage greatly counteracts the possibility of misuse. Participants can act anonymously, enabling compliance in the exchange of documents and protection of sensitive information. Participant data can be made available if needed, and this disclosure can be participants or space specific.

faizod.vedr Features
Comprehensive file tracking
faizod.vedr shows the creator of an information set, when permissioned, when a recipient has received access by whom, if the information record has been successfully transmitted, and if the recipient has opened it. As a result, compliance can be improved significantly as faizod.vedr adheres to industry-wide security practices (ISO 27001, GMP).
End-to-end encryption
Differentiated approval of permission is possible. The transmission between the faizod.vedr nodes and the faizod.vedr Blockchain is encrypted.
It uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS). Addresses within the system are protected by AES encryption (Advanced Encryption Standard) with at least 128 bits. The participant assigns a key password. Stored information sets are symmetrically encrypted with AES-256-bit. The key exchange between the participants take splace by means of an asymmetric key process.
Diverse options for platforms and services
faizod.vedr can be integrated into all standard office applications via an API. For the corresponding existing connectors we can be contacted.
The software may be run on yor own infrastructure (on premise) or hosted by us. In this case, we have a volume model for a SaaS (software as a service) in stock.
Decentralised storage of data
Due to the decentralized storage of data within the virtual data rooms, a case of misuse of data (which occurs often with a cloud) is greatly counteracted. Blockchain technology makes it possible to document which information sets have been released to which recipients at what time, and which person has read or opened with information at what time, all in a way that is comprehensible and audit-proof.
Settings for visibility, file actions, and data duplication
Set information sets can be limited by the participant. For this, the owner of an information set assigns a token. This can be limited in time and/or by quantity. Access to an information record can only take place via a correspondig token. After the expiration of a token, a new token must be created for an information set. If it turns out that an information set must be subsequently blocked, the corresponding token is simply made invalid. As a result, an “ad hoc” lock on an information set can be made possible at any time.
Limit by time
The owner of an information set can limit the time within a data room for a specific participant.
Limit by usage
The owner of an information set can restrict the use of a document to a defined number of call-ups for a specific participant.
Anonymous or personalised usage
The communication within faizod.vedr is anonymous via addresses. Anonymity can be suspended by releasing the personal data from once participant to another participants. If required, this release can also be limited in time or withdrawn. A release can be controlled granularly:
• Release to one or more participants
• Release within all participants of a data room
• Release globally
