How can I develop successful communication and cooperation between company employees in the digital age? This is the topic being discussed by experts in a series of webinars starting on May 24 as part of the Executive Education program at the Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.

Communication has changed drastically in recent years, with all of us feeling the impact of digitalization. Companies are under pressure to meet the requirements of Generation Y employees in order to keep up in the war for talent. “Business agility” is no longer just a trend term; it has become a concrete reality: constant change requires an ability to respond rapidly and employ flexible methods. How can we best meet these challenges?

Only together – through cooperation and social collaboration. Along with other expert speakers, our social collaboration consultants Patrick Fähling and Kerstin Schachinger will be discussing what form this type of collaboration can take and its importance for companies as part of the Quadriga University of Applied Sciences’ webinar series “Social Collaboration – How Digitalization Is Transforming Our Culture,” which starts on May 24, 2018.

Each live webinar will last 90 minutes and cover a variety of aspects of social collaboration. First, Kerstin Schachinger of Pokeshot will address the question of “Why?”, focusing largely on cultural change and equal communication. The series will then continue with a market overview of the available tools by Dr. Christian Kummer from Communardo, including tips for selecting a system and building a decision template. This will be followed by a webinar by Gernot Kühn from Microsoft, who will share his experiences of the successful integration of social collaboration in a business setting. Then, on June 21, our colleague Patrick Fähling will address the concrete practice of social collaboration and present use cases for internal communication and knowledge management. The online course will close with a discussion between two experts, where participants will be given the opportunity to present prepared use cases and receive feedback.

Following successful completion of webinar assignments, participants will receive a final certificate from the Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin.

We are already looking forward to some exciting discussions!
